The Diagnostic tiers (Lite, Plus, Pro) tell you where you stand. kaimb Pathways is a longer-form 3, 6, or 9-month programme that turns your diagnostic into sustained behaviour change. It includes a customised playbook, weekly Growth Hacks, monthly milestone reviews, and a benchmarked progress track. Pathways is application-only and requires a diagnostic first.

Your individual responses, scores, and reports are confidential to you. For multi-rater Pro tier, we share aggregated, anonymised manager and peer feedback with you, never the raw responses. Your employer never sees your individual data. Aggregated cohort patterns may inform our research, but never anything attributable to you.
Yes. Start with Lite, upgrade to Plus or Pro any time within 3 months and we credit your earlier payment toward the upgrade. Same goes from Plus to Pro. No tier is a sunk cost.
Yes. kaimb is a recognised leadership development programme that qualifies for L&D and personal learning reimbursements at most India Inc. organisations. We can provide a formal invoice, programme description, and outcomes documentation for your HR or finance team. Many of our cohort participants are sponsored partially or fully by their employer.
kaimb offers four engagement formats: a 90-minute Workshop (standalone touchpoint), Workshop + Diagnostic (cohort sprint anchor with individual blueprints and a Cohort Baseline Report), the Full Programme (5-month end-to-end cohort sprint with pre/post diagnostics and 12-week practice), and a Practice Layer Partnership for training providers running their own programmes.
