Our Story
kaimb began with a simple belief- more women in CXO roles pave the way for countless others to follow. We’ve both experienced barriers in our own journeys, championed women’s leadership, built teams, mentored colleagues, and challenged norms. Yet looking back, we kept asking ourselves: what if there had been a structured, data-driven support designed for each woman’s unique context? Would that have helped us – and others – choose differently?
kaimb was born from that question. We’re building the playbook we wished existed – shaped by real journeys, contextual insights, and practical support. So every woman can navigate her leadership journey with confidence, clarity, and the right support at exactly the right time.
kaimb Founders
We are Anu Mishra and Kaveri Misra. We are experienced business leaders passionate about developing women leaders in our team and for India Inc. We bring a rare combination of boardroom-tested expertise and cross-functional experience spanning finance, marketing, consulting, digital transformation, private equity and operations. Together, we bring 35+ years of collective experience building, scaling, and transforming businesses at industry leading companies including Unilever, P&G, Tata Group, Adobe and MakeMyTrip.
Anu Mishra
Finance leader with deep expertise in strategy, financial planning & analysis, and enterprise-wide transformations leading global teams across Unilever, P&G, and Tata Group (TAS).
Kaveri Misra
Commercial leader with extensive expertise in marketing, strategy & consulting across India, US, EU, and GCC. Her experience spans EMK Capital, Adobe , MakeMyTrip and ZS Associates.
